QIR cement solutions offer a comprehensive view of the entire kiln, utilizing high-definition IR cameras to monitor and record the full surface, including critical areas beneath the live rings and cowling/nose ring. Unlike other monitoring systems, which often miss these "blind spots" where refractory degradation can occur unnoticed, QIR provides complete visibility. The system captures high-speed infrared data at 30 frames per second, covering a field of view of 40-50%, significantly broader than the 0.05% typical of other technologies.
